KC Current II have wrapped up the Midwest’s Heartland. Ambassadors Cleveland and FC Dayton will match up in the Ohio Valley playoff.
The conference titles are still to be decided, but Duluth FC, Med City FC, Muskegon Risers and FC Columbus are headed to the playoffs.
Muskegon Risers and Med City lead the way in the Great Lakes and the North.
