Heading into the final week of the regular season the UMAC's regular season title destiny is controlled by UW-Superior. Both of the Yellowjackets teams are unbeaten in the UMAC this season, with the men being 10-0-0 and the women being 9-1-0 (W-D-L) on the campaign.
On the men's soccer side of the UMAC the Bethany Vikings still have an outside chance at a regular season title. With 27 points a title and #1 seed are possible, but a UWS win or draw on Friday would give the Yellowjackets the men's regular season title. North Central (12 points) and Crown (10 points) are still in contention for the fourth and final playoff spot. While Minnesota-Morris has clinched a spot in the UMAC playoffs and will be third seed regardless of results.
Northwestern-St. Paul holds second place in the women's table with 25 points and holds an outside shot at their own regular season title. UNW needs two wins along with two draws or losses from UW-Superior to take the title. Regardless of the title hunt Northwestern-St. Paul is one of three schools, alongside UWS and Martin Luther to have locked up a UMAC women's playoff spot. Crown (13 points), Minnesota-Morris (9), and Bethany (9) are still in the hunt for the final spot. Should Crown beat Northwestern-St. Paul or North Central this week, the Polars will earn the final playoff berth.
