Two days between matches has become a theme in the early part of the 2026 season for Minnesota United. Fitting in over a dozen MLS matches and the Open Cup made for a congested first half. Though that will not change during the second half of the season as they will also fit the Leagues Cup in following the break.
Even with the high number of fixtures in such a quick timeframe, Minnesota United has done better than expected on the injury front. Only one longterm injury hit the club early on and currently just three players are out on injury heading into the final three matches before the break.
