It's almost time for the MLS season to start . . . again

It was hot, humid, and just overall not fun to be outside. But knowing next week the Loons are back for real makes it worth it. After nearly two months since their last match Minnesota United returns to MLS play next Wednesday with a match at Sporting Kansas City. And by god we hope it's not as hot down there next week as it is here now.

#MNUFC training on a hot 🔥 humid sunny ☀️ “morning” @jonmarthaler.com says the sun is somehow closer to the earth in Blaine than anywhere else on earth. And we agree.

All the players, including Michael Boxall are back with the team following the elongated break for the Men's World Cup. From here Minnesota will have constant stream of matches until the next International break in late September/early October. Until then the club will mostly play two matches per week, which will include three Leagues Cup matches at Allianz Field in August.
