Saturday morning we trekked out to the National Sports Center in Blaine for Minnesota United's final training session of the week. Ahead of tomorrow's match we spoke with Cameron Knowles about the Loons and Los Verdes. More from his interview can be found in tomorrow's match preview.

All the expected players were in full training including Michael Boxall who recently returned last weekend as a substitute. MNUFC heads into their final three game week before the break and Knowles said that he has been monitoring for exhaustion and overload of minutes in the players. Moderate to heavy rotation is expected for Wednesday's match against Colorado.
