17 total season, 14 as the Loons, and 10 seasons in MLS. Minnesota United has hit a milestone year in 2026 that they will celebrate tomorrow against Atlanta United. AUFC was Minnesota United's first home opponent following joining MLS in 2017 and the two cities soccer history is intrinsically linked. In 2013 MNUFC's first NASL away match as the Loons was against the Atlanta Silverbacks and later that fall the club debuted the iconic Loon Wing kit, also against the Silverbacks.

Today at training current players on the 10 year anniversary team were presented their lovely jackets. Ahead of tomorrows match the former players that make up the Loons Team of the Decade will be presented with their jackets.
